Classy restaurant with classy owner, staff and food. Quiet and relaxing and playing relaxing modern music. Tasteful decor and furnishings. This is in contrast with the restaurants you will find in Hisarönü which are usually loud and covered in vulgar, unnecessary neon lights. The food at the Turtle is excellent and the chef is willing to slightly change anything on the menu to suit each customer. The chef will often come outside and speak to the customers along with the very friendly and highly professional staff. It’s one of those restaurants where customers will dress up in nice clothes when visiting. The twice weekly live acts we saw whilst we were there were also a cut above what you would normally find elsewhere. Lovely setting, happy to accommodate any request, food was amazing. Had fillet steak which was perfectly cooked and huge (makes equivalently priced British eateries look like they are serving a chicken nugget sized steak). Bolognese was amazing,

nice relaxing music. live music only on wednesdays. I convey the wishes, do not use round black pepper to sprinkle the dish. unpleasantly gets stuck in the teeth, spoils the taste. I also came across a very large bone, probably part of the head. Small bones are not a problem, better to use finely ground black pepper. Excellent work...
