Mado — Restaurant in Kadıköy

I recently dined at Mado Restaurant and was quite disappointed with the service. While the food met my expectations, the service from one of the waitresses was not up to par. She seemed rushed and inattentive, and when it came time to give us the bill, she tossed it on the table without any courtesy or acknowledgment.

I believe good service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression. I hope the management will address these issues to ensure a better customer experience...

This restaurant in Kadikoy has a serious selection of food, deserts, and drinks. They offer traditional and international food. I was positively surprised. Great place with a lot of seating room. They are open till late and service is great. They serve a wide variety of Turkish deserts including Turkish style ice-cream, baklava, milk based deserts. They also have some breakfast and brunch options as well.

They do offer an English menu but the staff is not the best with English.
