Lahmacun kısmını yorumlayabileceğim.

Öncelikle lahmacun kalitesi güzel. Çıtırlık seviyesi gayet yeterli ve lezzet kısmında da baymıyor. Yedikçe yiyesiniz geliyor.

Cevizli lahmacun ise gerçekten ceviz oranı yeterli. Fakat ceviz kabuklarının ayıklanmasında problem var. 1 lahmacundan 10 tane yakalayabildiğimiz küçük ceviz kabuğu çıktı.

İsotlu lahmacun da bana göre fazla acı. Tadına bakan ve bizim masamızdaki herkes için de aynı yorum yaptık.

Özetle lahmacun özelinde normal lahmacun üzmez. Cevizli lahmacun şans ister ama acılı lahmacunu hiç tercih etmem ve önermem.

Bayramda gittiğimiz için bir yoğunluk vardı haliyle. Ama yine de kötü diyemem. Normal süreçte daha memnun kalınacak hizmet alınabileceğine inanıyorum.

Gavurdağı salatasında da ceviz oranı başarılı olmasına rağmen acı oranı bir tık fazla geldi. Domates soğan salatasında da benze şekilde acı vardı. Belki acısız tercihi belirtmek gerekebilir. Bizim ilk ziyaretimiz olduğu için konsepti öğrenmek istedim.

Mekan hijyen açısından iyi. Nostaljik havasını hissettiren masalar bizi 90’lar lokantalarına sürüklüyor.
