İzmir'e gelindiğinde tadılması gereken bir lezzet. Sabah 10 gibi gittiğim için sıra mıra beklemeden yiyebildim. Mekan Kemeraltı çarşısının içinde çok dar bir sokakta ve küçücük bir dükkan. Burası eski bir çarşı olduğundan dükkanın bulunduğu sokakta çok aşırı hijyen aramalısınız. Şanslıysanız hemen dükkanın yanındaki alanda iskemlelerde oturup yiyebilirsiniz. Kaşar, sucuk ve salamın varyasyonlarından oluşuyor menüleri. Mekanın sahibi yaşlanmayan delikanlı Apo amca kaşar ve sucukları ince ince kesiyor, oğlu da ızgarada pişirme işini yapıyor. Sandviç ekmekleri çok güzel, içine kaşar,sucuk, salam dışında isteğe göre ev yapımı salça, turşu ve pul biber de koyuyorlar. Ben bu kumruları bir hayli lezzetli buldum. Bir tavsiye olarak, her ne kadar lezzetli olduğunu belirtsem de sucuk ve kaşarın daha bol koyulması gerektiğini söylemeliyim. Eker ayran, Niğde gazozu gibi içecek seçenekleri de mevcut.
