Pineapple Restaurant is one of the few dining establishments in Marmaris, with white tablecloths while still giving you a view of all the yachts moored within the marina.
Good service, and they even handled our request to move as the sun slowly crept over our table.
Nothing better than having a cheat day and enjoying a pizza. Yes, we ordered a Hawaiian (sorry to all those purist pizza lovers, Sally could not miss this opportunity). It reminded us of being back home in Australia.
There is nothing better than starting your meal with a Mojito, and the bar ensures only the freshest ingredients are used in your cocktail.
The yellow and white awnings give you that relaxed seaside vibe and suit this restaurant; ignore the logo (as a designer, I would not be proud of that design!). It doesn't represent the beautiful dining experience you will receive; therefore, don't be put off by casual branding.

Read moreWe were unfortunate today after our dinner at Pineapple. This used to be my favorite place in Marmaris since 2005 when I first time came to Marmaris. Today's dinner was disastrous and poorly prepared; all dishes except the salad were unacceptable. We had onion soup, and it was cold and watery. Liver Albanian style was too hard and fried for too long. My steak with mushrooms was terrible, dry, tasteless, and the mushroom sauce was cold and tasteless with tomatoes that were not supposed to be there, the veggies were soggy, propably prepared in advance, guessing a few days before. My wife’s pasta was overcooked, and spinach was not in the sauce. I am giving it two stars and not one only because of service was ok, waitresses serving almost empty restaurant…. This was, unfortunately the last time we came...
Read moreTo begin with, the location of the restaurant and quality of the food will drive up the prices. Even though we consider it cheap, do not expect normal prices. My girlfriend and I ordered the sailors plate (mixed seafood platter) and a stuffed kalamari plate, which we shared. The food was fantastic and might be one of the best, if not the best, mixed seafood platter we have eaten.
Everything was cooked to perfection; Grouper filet, giant prawns, a huge octupus arm, kalamari. It was served with sautéed spinach and sautéed boiled potatoes (which was itself fantastic as almost every restaurant serve fried or mashed.). These two main courses together with two beer and a water landed at 220 lira. In Sweden, the same would cost double or triple. It was worth it!
Highly recommend...
