Blue Garden Hotel — Hotel in Konyaaltı

Such a shame as a great location and the views from the balcony but it has not been maintained I would say from since being built; same carpets, same furniture and decor in the rooms. Had they not been old and tired and badly maintained it would have been a fantastic retro boutique hotel; it seemed to be all totally original from having been built from the glass lift to the very strange but so late 60's or 70's furniture and fittings in the hotel rooms; it worked but needed major cleaning and proper maintaince work. The staff were as helpful as they could be and were friendly. The cleaning ladies did their very best but when things are old and tired it doesn't matter how much you clean it doesn't appear to look clean; the bed though was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and very plentiful. The hotel is right opposite the beach and the walkway is wonderful all gardens and fountains with smoke coming out of them at intervals; the promenade has a dedicated cycle way; all very well lit and nice to see families and friends strolling about. Great view from the 3rd floor overlooking the beach, that’s it, for the compliments, the place is “old” and not well maintained, carpets are badly stained and the room stunk of cigarette smoke. First, the internet was not working, with no useful connection available for the length of our stay, unforgivable ! The balcony door lock was broken, the air conditioning leaked water continuously and the water on the carpet had puddled ! Further, the safe was not functional, we spoke to reception about a change of room and they agreed, but nothing happened, even after several approaches. Still FURTHER, the bar had no ice !! and worst of all .....NO HOT WATER FOR OUR MORNING SHOWER ! Take my advice stay somewhere else,...

Oncelikli olarak sunu belirtmem gerekir ki, yonetimin bu sayfaya yukledigi fotograflara kesinlikle aldanmayin. Antalya'da 1 geceligine kalmamiz gerekiyordu, girip sorayim dedim. Otel, otel degil bildigin dusuk seviyeli bir dugun salonu gibi. Yemekhane resepsiyona cok yakin, iceri girince koku yuzunuze vuruyor resmen. Girdigimde resepsiyonda kimse yoktu ve resepsiyonun arka kapi acikti. Acik kapidan yastiklar, yorgan gorunuyordu ve rezil bir vaziyette idi. Yatildigi belli. Daha ilk saniyeden puan belliydi yani. Giriste 5-6 musteri kac izliyordu. Manzara digiturk icin mac izlemeye gelen fanatiklerin durumundan ote degildi. Gorevli geldi, fiyat sordum. Disiyle dili arasinda sessizce konustu, size 2 kisi 260 lira yaparim dedi. Fiyati ozellikle hesap makinesine yazarak gosterdi. Bu durum, fiyat prosedurlerinin olmadigini acikca gostermektedir. Odalara bir bakalim dedim. Ilgili gorevli, Faruk isimli arkadasi "Faruk, abine odayi goster" dedi. Faruk'cum hayattan kopmus bir vaziyette geldi, asansore once kendi bindi, sonra ben. Asansorde basina yasladi yana, derin derin daldi hulyalara. Kata gelince, Faruj yine once davrandi benden once indi. 6.katti. Halilar pislik icindeydi, camlar les gibiydi. Oda deniz manzarali idi. Soyle bir baktim ve ciktim. Yani kalmadik. Neden derseniz, memnuniyetle cevaplayayim.||1.madde:|Otele 4 yildizli diye gittim, gorunce sok oldum. Resepsiyondaki zata soruyorum, 4 yildiz misiniz? Evet diyor. Yildizlar nerde, logonuzda yok diyorum? Logoda yok ama 4 yildiziz diyor. 4 yildizli bir otel bu rezillikte olmaz. Inanmiyorum.
