Visited the bar/restaurant area for a special occasion and although I can't really fault the staff, the menu was accessed via an app (not the end of the world, but makes it feel like you're ordering at a resort). The fire that appeared to give some ambiance was stoked with about 1/2 a bottle of meths and filled the room with acrid fumes. Other patrons were smoking (I hadn't checked if this was permitted or just ignored) The food was mediocre, but fairly reasonably priced. A bottle of wine was around 1,500 lira (about $50). Tip: when in Ortahisar please avoid Park Cafe on the square. They rip off tourists and this causes bad feeling for the area which isn't a fair representation. BARRUS, NO.10, YIGIT and BEEY KEBAP will treat you well and charge you fairly....
