Kahve Dünyası - Bursa Zafer Plaza — Restaurant in Osmangazi

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at the Kahve Dünyası branch in Bursa Zafer Plaza. I politely asked the waitress to rinse my personal coffee mug so I could fill it with coffee from their shop. Instead of a friendly response, she sighed loudly and showed visible annoyance, as if my request was a burden. I spoke to her with full respect, yet her attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. For a brand that promotes hospitality and customer care, this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper customer service training to their staff. Until the staff’s attitude improves, I will avoid visiting this branch again.

Kahve Dünyası - Bursa Zafer Plaza şubesindeki son deneyimimden çok hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Kendi kahve kupamı sizin mağazanızdan kahve doldurabilmek için nazikçe yıkamasını rica ettim. Ne yazık ki, güler yüzlü bir cevap yerine yüksek sesle iç çekti ve isteğimden rahatsız olmuş gibi tavır sergiledi. Kendisiyle tamamen saygılı bir şekilde konuşmama rağmen bu davranış beni hem rahatsız etti hem de kendimi hoş karşılanmamış hissettirdi. Misafirperverlik ve müşteri memnuniyetini öne çıkaran bir marka için bu tür bir tutum kesinlikle kabul edilemez.
