It's not my habit to give a one-star review. But I think I was scammed by the cashier in the white shirt. I ordered two small cappuccinos and A piece of cake called ( Meyveli Pasta ) When I took out my bank card to pay, he said, "Pay later." When I finished eating and asked for the bill, he put the price on the machine. I paid and asked for the bill, and he only gave me the receipt. I explained to him that I wanted the bill, and he got annoyed and irritated, and printed me a bill with incorrect information! This is the first time in my life that I've seen a cashier in a respectable store get annoyed with a customer because he asked for a bill! I trust Simet Saray, but perhaps the cashier was trying to steal by entering a different bill after I left the store. He expected me to just pay and not ask for the bill. He's probably done this repeatedly with tourists. I have attached in the pictures the piece of cake that was printed by the cashier and is called "latte pasta" ليس من عادتي ان اضع نجمة واحدة لكن اظن انني تعرضت للإحتيال من الكاشير ذو القميص الأبيض،طلبت 2 كبتشينو صغير وقطعة كيك تسمى ( Meyveli Pasta ) وعندما اخرجت بطاقتي البنكية لأدفع قال ادفع لاحقا وعندما انتهيت من الأكل وطلبت الفاتورة وضع السعر على جهاز الدفع ودفعت وطلبت منه الفاتورة فأعطاني ايصال الدفع فقط فأفهمته اني اريد الفاتورة فتضجر وتأفف وطبع لي فاتورة ذو بيانات خاطئة! لأول مرة في حياتي ارى كاشير في متجر محترم يتضجر في وجه العميل لأنه طلب فاتورة! انا اثق في سميت سراي لكن ربما كان الكاشير يريد السرقة عبر إدخال فاتورة مختلفة بعد ان اخرج من المحل وكان يتوقع ان اكتفي بالدفع ولا اطلب الفاتورة وربما فعل ذلك مرارا مع السياح وقد ارفقت في الصور قطعة الكعك التي في الفاتورة التي طبعها الكاشير وتسمى "latte pasta" وانا مصدوم ان ذلك حصل في علامة مثل سميت سراي

Bir yıldızlı yorum yapmak benim alışkanlığım değil. Ama sanırım beyaz gömlekli kasiyer beni dolandırdı. İki küçük kapuçino ve (Meyveli Pasta) adlı bir parça kek sipariş ettim. Ödemek için banka kartımı çıkardığımda, "Daha sonra öde" dedi. Yemeğimi bitirip hesabı istediğimde, makineye fiyatı yazdı. Ödemeyi yaptım ve hesabı istedim ve bana sadece fişi verdi. İstanbul'dan Bursa'ya misafirliğe geldik yolda çocuğumun tuvaleti geldi.Yol kenarında simit sarayı görüp durduk.Acilen koşarak girdik dedim çocuğumun çok acil tuvaleti geldiğini tuvaleti kullanmak istediğimizi söyledim.Görevli kız bir şey yiyecek misiniz? dedi.Hayır dedim.O zaman tuvalet ücretli dedi tamam neyse çocuk çok sıkıştı dedim.Üst katta dedi.Son dakika yetiştik.Çıkarken sordum ne kadar.20 TL dedi.Çocuğumu arabaya bırakıp getiriyorum dedim.Dönüp 20 TL lerini verdim.Yani bunu müşteri olmayanların kullanımının önüne geçmek yapmış olabilirler anlarım ama çocuk için olunca tavır farklı olmalıydı.Personelinizi daha duyarlı olması için...
