Rumelihisarı is well known for iits breakfast cafes. Lokma has great location. After having an eary mor ing walk along the Bebek-Rumeli sahili, you can step in to nourish yourself with a wide selection of breakfast items. Our favorite is miama(corn with string cheese). Let the freshly brewed Turkish tea accompany your breakfast. The service is quite fast, the view is gorgeous. It brings many fine memories from our college years. Whenever nostalgia hits and we are in town, we step in to relive our memories and enjoy the early hours of the Bogazici strait.

Lokma Restaurant offers a memorable dining experience with stunning views of the sea and boats. The serene setting is perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff are friendly and welcoming, adding a warm touch to the atmosphere. The food is delicious and well-prepared, and the prices are fair, providing great value. I've also added the receipt and shared some photos and videos from my visit. Highly recommended for a beautiful spot with excellent service!

This restaurant is located under Rumeli Hisar Fortress. It received high rates but to me I think it's within the normal average of good ones. We had breakfast at it, the view is so nice overlooking the European banks of the Bosphorus and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge . The breakfast was Turkish 'Kahvetli ' style . It tastes good . The prices are so high for simple and ordinary food. The decor isgood . The restaurant has a bakery , too

Nice restaurant for breakfast with great view to Bosphorus. the foods were delicious and the staff were helpful but not friendly. When we arrived at the restaurant by car, it bothered me that someone came to open the car door without permission to take the car to the parking, even though he was not wearing a shirt shows that he works in the same restaurant. Also, we waited more than 15 minutes to get back the car.

Amazing view, wonderful ambiance, and nice cozy place. The staff are good but if they asked you to bring every part of the breakfast or what they call it (Mushakkal) make sure you say only smaller portion, because they will bring the largest portion in the restaurant and then it will be charged in the bill. I found the food just normal and crept the juice which we really liked, and the food a bit overpriced.

I stoped here during my way around this part of Istanbul and I was expecting higher prices because of location (right in front of Bosporus), but the taste of Profiterol was not the best, moreover the place which they offered me was dirty and uncleaned all the day I guess. Waiters are so nice, kind and helpfull, but that's not enough to make this place excelent.
