What a beautiful restaurant! Very elegant designs inside, amazing views ( please refer to pictures for the views). We had pre-set breakfast, which was waiting for us on the table, when we arrived (we came in a group on a tour). Breakfast we had was very good despite not having a hot food ( see pictures of our plates). Carafe with very hot tea was on the table as well. Tea tasted soo delicious and refreshing. I would definitely come back to this restaurant when we are in Istanbul. Staff was very friendly, most of them spoke English. Bathroom was very clean. And loved they had an aroma diffuser under paper towels dispencer. When you come to get a paper towel, the diffuser starts making aroma (it's like a aromatic smoke is coming out of it). There is a big area for outdoor sitting on a patio, overlooking bridge and city side across the river. Very-very scenic, picture perfect place. Highly Highly Highly...
Read moreUpdated Review: I’ve been to Tepe Restaurant many times before and used to enjoy the experience, but my last visit was truly disappointing — both in terms of food and service. I ordered the chicken, which arrived clearly undercooked. I sent it back, expecting a quick fix, but it was returned still raw and completely inedible. The waiter offered to bring a different dish instead, which I accepted — only to later find that I was charged for both the uncooked chicken and the replacement. This is not the standard I expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Given this experience, I can no longer recommend Tepe for its food. If you do choose to visit, perhaps stick to vegetarian options, or consider looking elsewhere altogether.
Old Review: The view is stunning, and the restaurant appears clean, but the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. It’s a lovely spot for breakfast or lunch, but I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreWe had iftar the last day of Ramadan, they told us they only have the iftar menu, and showed us a picture on their Instagram, that looked pretty, when the food started coming we were confused that it didn’t look the same and was so little. And then the main course came and it was only one option, this was shocking! It tasted really bad it was dry meat, we asked for another type they said kufta or chicken. Both options were horrible too. We left the restaurant hungry from iftar and the biggest surprise was the price!! You can have a normal nice meal with their regular menu for 500 TL but we paid 6150 tl!!!!!!! 2000 tl each!! I could’ve went to bebek and had an amazing dinner or iftar for that amount! The only good thing about this place is the view (but the glass was dirty) and they had clean bathrooms. Other than that total...
