2 Friends Guesthouse and Restaurant — Restaurant in Jinja

This review is long overdue but I wanted to personally thank Mark, the 2 Friends staff, and owners for doing an outstanding job in meeting my needs and taking care of me while I was there. I stayed at 2 Friends Guest House for an extended period of time while working in Jinja. Mark and the staff were amazing. 2 Friends is not only safe and clean but the staff literally treated me as family. They are kind and very honest - no worries about things missing or being overcharged for something. 2 Friends Guest House is centrally located in Jinja and very close to downtown, medical/dental facilities, gyms and restaurants - all within walking distance and one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. Another benefit is that All Friends Restaurant is located adjacent to the property and they have an agreement that allows 2 Friends guests to charge meals to their rooms/guest house bill. I often had my meals delivered to my room which was extremely convenient. Also, they have excellent internet (a problem with other hotels) and their cable package allowed me to watch American television shows and sporting events. Our seven-night stay at the 2 Friends Guest House was absolutely fantastic. This small hotel offers a wonderfully personal feel, making for a much more intimate and enjoyable experience than larger hotels.||We were pleasantly surprised by the very nice, modern gym, which was a great bonus. The pool area is very comfortable, with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxation, and the grounds are meticulously manicured, adding to the serene atmosphere. Included breakfast had plentiful options and was delicious, setting us up nicely for each day.||The staff was consistently great and always eager to be helpful, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. A fantastic perk, especially for longer stays, is their complementary laundry service – a thoughtful touch that was greatly appreciated. ||The guest house is also centrally located, making it convenient for exploring.
