Romeo's Restaurant Ntinda — Restaurant in Kampala

I have been to Romeo's a few times, and my impressions are mixed. The first time, I wanted to use the Saturday pizza offer (buy one, get one). The waitress didn't know the details of it and needed to go to consult her colleague. It then turned out that only one type of pizza was participating in that offer. Also, I wanted a milkshake, but the waitress said they didn't have any ice cream. So I couldn't have a milkshake at all. If you sit inside, it smells gas at times, the smell comes and goes. When time came to pay, the waitress struggled with the Visa machine: she inserted the card the wrong side and was wondering why it couldn't be read. I really like this place. We were unlucky that my friend asked for the Tilapia to be cooked crispy. I will never make that mistake again. Tilapia can be lovely when it's cooked to be soft so I was very disappointed when the crispy fish turned out to have completely overcooked everyrhing inside so it was dry. Everything else at this place was great. Service, cleanliness, atmosphere. Toilets clean with no bad smells whatsoever. Soap and paper towels at the sinks. I will definitely go again. So far one of the best Restaurants in Kampala city in Ntinda area. Calm environment, best international and local dishes, I love the buffet 😋 😍 very yummy and affordable prices for middle and high class. I met here my celebrity figures and my great friends from UK, had come for chilling 😎. Quality customer service and care.
