Very Well Cafe — Restaurant in undefined

First time I had dinner at this place was Mond 21.08.2023. The food is delicious. However if your a foreigner you will be rob. They add a tip (fraud) and do not tell you. This location charge me almost 13% and since I paid with cash. They also stole 64UAH The bill was 934. I gave the waitress 1500UAH asking for change. She only returned 500(200x2 +100). She kept the 64 from the 1000. Never did waitress or manager tell me tip was already charged they stole 64UAH from the 1000 UAH. I still gave a 400 tip making excuses that it may be cultural.

As a New Yorker, I shouldn't had let my guards down but seriously. I returned to the restaurant today bec I love Napoleon and Filet Mignon. This time I counted my items and use calculator to tally the total and noticed two aditional items, to which I question. Then they explain that tip was already added even though ticket states in English "SERVICE NOT INCLUDED." All other items are in Ukranian including the tip. I was charged 323UAH for just one person. I also had Tobadco hot sauce and even that was also charge but after going to another restaurant the day after and noticing they also charge for sauce.

If your American or a foreighner double, triple check your bill. The food is delicious but not worth it because you will be charge a tip automatically. There is no reason for server to be attentive to you. The restaurant is popular with the locals and rightly so, the food is delicious but foreigners be warned. They do not respect you, they will rob you. I spend 3549 UAH. There was no reason to steal from me and even charge a tip of 323UAH for one person. Unacceptable and...

Not that well café. Extremely rude and shameless staff. We were led by the pretty high rating but it ended up ruining our evening. So at the entrance we were asked if we booked any table, we obviously didn’t. Then we were told by the hostess that there’s one corner table available and only for one hour. As we were hungry we accepted this condition. After that everything began: I asked for a glass of sparkling wine and got it flat, when asked why is that, the waitress said that nobody is going to open a new bottle for each glass. No comment.

When we asked for the bill, we were charged 98 UAH extra for some “service”. Again when the waitress was asked (in russian, as I am russian speaker) what is this charge for, she looked at us arrogantly and said - this charge is for service, but if you don’t want to pay it we will remove it. I felt I am in a bad theater play. Of course I didn’t want to pay the so called charge for “service”. Ok, the extra charge was removed and I had not intention to leave any tip, not even a single UAH but, (II act of the bad theatre play) we gave a 500UAH and received the rest of 51 UAH. My husband said that the waitress could take his beer glass as he was done with the beer. So she did, together with the money we were not intended to pay and then said bye. Здивував Very Well у центрі так здивував Я би сказала, що шокував Забронювала столик за тиждень на трьох Сьогодні ми відвідали заклад Поки я чекала на свою компанію,стала свідком непривітного спілкування офіціантки з гостями закладу Дівчина-офіціант з білим волоссям (не та, що з косою) принесла чай гості закладу Жінка спитала чи доданий мед у чай? Офіціант відповіла, що так Жінка сказала, що їй не підходить такий чай і що про це потрібно попереджати, на що офіціантка відповіла:"я не повинна. У нас такий чай. І питати про алергію я не повинна" Ваші гості були, м'яко кажучи, шоковані

Прийшла моя компанія подруг, ми робимо замовлення дівчині - офіціанту з темним волоссям Я замовила брускетти з гуакамоле і в'яленими томатами, філе морського окуня ізумідай з кіноа, болгарським перцем, кримською цибулею та соусом Чілі - теріякі, американо, вода негазована При замовленні прошу соус подати окремо від риби, бо бачу у меню, що риба вкрита шаром соусу Офіціантка говорить "добре" Приносить замовлення вже інша офіціант з тим самим білим волоссям (уточнюю, знов, не з косичкою) і я бачу, що окунь змащений соусом Я наголошую, що заздалегідь просила без соусу Офіціантка починає сперечатися, мовляв "ось соус окремо стоїть" Я звертаю увагу, що і сама риба у соусі Я просила чисту рибу, без соусу Вона з невдоволенням каже, що треба чекати поки приготують знов, ну звісно що треба! Я почекаю Принесли нову порцію з окунем, до страви претензій не має Їжа смачна

Претензії саме до відношення до ваших гостей (не лише до мене)

Ще шокувало те, що перед замовленням ми попросили три окремих рахунка зробити щоб кожна розрахувалася зручним способом і не було оцієї бухгалтерії хто на скільки наїв Дівчина, що приймала замовлення, дуже категорично відповіла, що рахунків може бути лише два і крапка Це що таке? У будь якому закладі рахунки можуть зробити окремо, а тут лише два? А якщо компанія з 15 людей з різними вподобаннями?

Коротше, це найгірше обслуговування яке я тільки зустрічала у Києві за останні 18 років Це абсолютно не рівень Very Well cafe

Я перепрошую, але ці офіціантки обслуговують ваших гостей на від'їбись І таке ставлення не лише до нашого столика Я на спостерігала вже і за третіми гостями, і за четвертими, що сиділи неподалік від нас Це жахливо

Категорично не рекомендую тут щось святкувати, приходити на приємні зустрічі з друзями або ділові зустрічі Атмосфера непривітна І якщо у вас алергія або дієта, то ви ще самі будете винні, що...
