A Morning to Remember at Amara Restaurant, Elevated by Majd’s Hospitality
Amara Restaurant’s breakfast menu is a masterclass in balance and care, designed to awaken the senses without overwhelming them. While the offerings remain a delightful secret for future guests to discover, the experience itself was a symphony of thoughtful touches and serene energy.
What truly defined our morning was Majd, whose service was nothing short of luminous. From the moment we arrived, his enthusiasm and attentiveness transformed the meal into something far beyond the ordinary. He guided us through the menu with genuine excitement, highlighting pairings and seasonal inspirations as if sharing a personal story. His recommendations felt tailored to our moods—whether suggesting a refreshing morning beverage or ensuring every course arrived with rhythmic, unhurried precision.
The ambiance mirrored this harmony. Sunlight streamed through large windows, bouncing off minimalist decor softened by warm wood accents and lush potted plants. A curated playlist of gentle, uplifting melodies floated through the air, creating a backdrop that felt both energizing and calming—a rare feat for a morning meal.
Majd’s grace elevated everything. He anticipated needs before we voiced them, from adjusting the seating for comfort to sharing tidbits about Amara’s commitment to sourcing and sustainability. His presence was warm yet professional, turning the breakfast into a shared celebration of good mornings and new beginnings.
Amara’s breakfast isn’t just a meal—it’s an invitation to pause, savor, and reconnect. And with Majd as your guide, it becomes a memory. 5/5 stars—we’ll return for the magic, the ambiance, and the joy of being in such capable hands.

Read moreWe visited Amara Restaurant after spending the day at Warner Bros in Abu Dhabi (the restaurant is conveniently located right in front of the park’s exit).
We ordered Taouk, Mahashi, Kafta, and Hummus with Shawarma. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous for the price. For dessert, we enjoyed two chocolate fondants, which were a good finish to the meal. Our parents also ordered two coffees, and they really enjoyed them.
The restaurant itself feels very luxurious. The kitchen is see-through, so you can watch the chefs prepare the food, which made it more trustworthy. The atmosphere is also well thought out: half smoking and half non-smoking area. I personally don’t smoke, but my parents do, so it was very convenient for all of us.
The service was excellent. Souhayb, our waiter, was very attentive - any time we needed something, he was there right away. Hadi was also extremely helpful and welcoming. We felt very well taken care of.
So, we highly recommend Amara Restaurant, especially if you love Lebanese cuisine. Great food, service, and a...

It has opened across from the WB Theme park, so it's not officially part of the Hilton Hotel, for anyone thinking they can get valet parking by driving to the Hilton Hotel.
The restaurant had been designed with a chic art deco style with seating indoors and outdoors, and has fantastic ambiance.
We went for the set Iftar dinner of 159 AED per person, there was fantastic spread of different cold and hot mezze and deserts. The drinks were limited to plain water and a single vimto juice, which was on the poor side.
The service was so so, generally it looked like staff were busy delivering standard iftar menu dishes to tables, but if you asked for anything extra it wasn't done, and this is despite asking several times.
I do expect the service to get better as these are generally teething issues with any new restaurant, where staff and processes are still...
