Harees Al Waldah - Al Nahyan — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I ordered from your restaurant for my child and sadly the food we receive is always spicy ! This is the second order in a week and yet the notes are never considered ! If I’m ordering something to feed a child it shouldn’t be spicy!! No consideration whatsoever Earlier same week we ordered breakfast, and the food wasn’t as mentioned plus overly spicy as well that doesn’t suit a person with stomach issues, and again (non spicy) note was written and of course no one bothered to comply with the request!

And upon calling the restaurant and mention these mistakes along with missing items, I was treated rudely of course ! They told me to contact the delivery service I ordered through to get a refund and refused to replace the items !

I placed an order with this restaurant and they messed up my entire order , I paid for food I did not even receive . When I called the restaurant to ask them what happened they spoke to me rudely stating that they were “Busy”, specifically Mr. Mohamed . When I told him I’ve been charged for food that I haven’t received , they said I can take it up with the food delivery service instead . Absolutely ridiculous customer service . I was had there amazing Emirati dish yesterday evening which is meat Harees. It was very good. And very nice taste. Food was really good but only the thing I’m feeling that quantity can be revised.
