White cafe — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

☕🧊 Visited White Café in Abu Dhabi recently and was excited to try their Iced V60. The café itself is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and full of natural light 🌿🪟. It’s a lovely spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done with a good cup of coffee 💻✨.

While I appreciated the effort and presentation of the Iced V60, I felt it could use a bit of improvement. The flavor profile didn’t quite hit the mark—it lacked the clarity and brightness I usually expect from a pour-over, especially with single-origin beans 😕. It tasted slightly diluted, and the balance was off, which made the experience less memorable than I’d hoped. Perhaps a tweak in the brewing ratio or bean selection could elevate it ☝🏻🔍.

That said, the staff were courteous and attentive, and the overall vibe of the café was pleasant 🌸. I’d love to come back and try other items on the menu—maybe a hot V60 or one of their signature drinks. There’s definitely potential here, and I’m hopeful that with a few adjustments, the coffee experience will match the aesthetic charm of the space 💫.

I have tried to reach out on Instagram but it seems that you have closed messages. With all respect, your cafe is reputable and on that bases I with greed ordered 2 matcha (the coconut water & the zesty) and I must say the taste has truly traumatized me. This is by far the worst matcha I have ever tasted and I could not go past one sip. You should change the quality cause there are far more competitive places using the best quality matchas and the one you’re using is for food. Please change the matcha to ceremonial matcha and try to make them, I’m sure you’ll notice a huge difference!! And I’ll be more than happy to try it again specially the zesty one 🙏 apologies...

Susil and Bishal are absolute 10/10. The moment I walked in, they welcomed me with the warmest smiles and hospitality that felt truly sincere. Their positive energy immediately set the tone for a great experience.

But it doesn’t stop there; the coffee is absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain how they prepare it, shared brewing tips, and clearly take pride in what they serve. You can taste the care in every cup.
