1 star only because the food is average at best taste-wise. We arrived for Iftar and the staff only took our order after I personally went to them to request to at least take our orders as they were serving everyone else except our table. They did not even serve us with ANY basic starters(pickles, fresh vegetables, bread and water) while we were waiting to break our fast, only juice. When the orders finally came after sitting for almost 30 minutes, they also got them wrong 😤 mushroom soup was given instead of their specialty soup and they served using plastic cups while we saw them serve the other customers with ceramic bowls LOL and soda was given which we did not order and the other main dish was never even served to us! We decided to just quickly finish eating and when we were about to pay our bill, the receipt reflected our initial order so we informed the cashier that we never received the other dish and he did not even apologize for it and plainly asked if we still wanted the dish which we replied not anymore. After paying and getting out the door, the manager approached us to offer free shawarma meal as peace offering but we were just fed up and told him we were full anyway and left. We were looking for new experiences so we thought of trying this place.

The staff are either forgetful or occupied. I asked for a baby seat it didn't come. A staff came to take our order and I asked for the baby seat again, he got offended that I didn't give my order and went away, someone else brought the seat a bit later.

No one came to take our order for like 5 minutes. We had to keep waving our hands to call someone.

Once we gave our order, everything went smooth. The food was nice. I appreciated how they were willing to exchange the chicken for beef in our grill order which was really good. The hummus was amazing and my lentil soup too which I shared with my little one.

If they could sort out this issue for staffing it would be nice. Especially because we noticed a lot of their staff were standing outside for drive-thru orders.

A good friend of mine got advice we should go and try their wraps. So we had to go for it, with high expectations we arrived. We were seated and got a fresh plate of salad. We decided to order a spicy chicken, a beef and a chicken tandoori wrap. At first along they gave plastic cutlery to which I did roll my eyes and told my friend at this price point, sitting down in a nicely looking restaurant I'd expect solid cutlery. Which was given to us 2 min later as if it was heared what I said. We ordered cold water but it didn't come for 5min and we had to remind the waitress again. The food was at best alright from taste, the chicken tandoori wrap was the best. Overall I was underwhelmed with the taste and price to enjoyment ratio.
