The food is incredible, ranking the food that I ordered, #1 is Fritto Misto, they fry it really nicely crisp and not over frying it, #2 Diavola Pizza is another favorite of mine, the dough is perfectly done, it’s chewy in a very nice way that I like, “similar to an Al dente pasta” and it’s crispy again which I really lovely #3 is the Caesar Salad which is divine also which has a balance of the tart and saltiness #4 is the lasagna Bolognese, if you’re a fan of meaty pasta this is really a fantastic meaty pasta too. The pairing that we did is the white Italian Pignot Grigio which actually is a perfect blend for our food. Service is top notch too, and if you’re looking for a very nice cozy which envelopes a warm atmosphere with a very soothing voice from their in-house pianist and vocalist Nathan this I a perfect spot. The staff here are very courteous, Joshua was serving us mostly but everyone has been very inviting. And to perfectly end my night the doneness of the chocolate mousse they made for me is really really sumptuous, not gelatinous, it has a velvety texture that really makes it smoothly pleasing to finish.
I’m very happy to spend my birthday dinner here. Wouldn’t mind coming back for a repeat and try out their...
Read moreFirst of all - the food was amazing 5/5. One of the best Fritto Misto I ever had. Pizza on point! Real dough, perfectly cooked in the oven. Both pastas and carpaccio- all of the dishes were great.
NY Sour cocktail was well balanced. I ordered it 2 times, and it took forever to get it, taking into account, that there were only few tables of people in the restaurant and I was the only drinking person. First time it took like 15-20 min. Second was a bit faster.
Service: 1/5 Not sure what happened, but we had random people as servers at our table…like 4 different people, and as a result, we had to wait for a very long time to FIND someone who can help. No one ever came to ask if we need something. It took 40 !!!!! min to actually pay for the lunch! Insane.
There was a great Russian speaking server, who helped us, but he was imminently sent by manager to serve Arab guests in separate room and we were left without server…….excuse me!? If your restaurant thinks that one guest is better than other - this is very bad for brand.
If you have “special guests”, make sure that others are still taken care of.
I wish we had a great service, because I would love to pay extra tips for great experience. Unfortunately it’s...
Read moreDuring our stay at the Fairmont, we frequented Marco's several times, and each visit exceeded our expectations. The food and service were both exceptional. Alfam provided excellent, charming, and incredibly attentive service. Throughout our enter stay and visit in different restaurants she was the best. Also, every member of the staff did an outstanding job, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The drinks were flavorful, thanks to Derick's skillful mixing. Alessandro's management was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
Now, onto the food – it was indescribable. The pizzas and pastas were reminiscent of those found in the finest Italian restaurants. And let's not forget about the tiramisu; it was a true taste explosion that left us craving more.
We highly recommend Marco's to anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine served with impeccable service in a warm and...
