I got a set of cupons for 60aed from a sales representative who came to my door. I said him that I don't need this ,but he pleaded a lot that he need to meet his weeks target and he offered a discounted price as well. Since he was not leaving from my door, I was forced to pay and get the cupon. He mislead me to believe that I get buy 1 get 1 offer for 10aed. I shouldn't have believed him blindly.

Today I ordered pizza and to my surprise they gave me a bill of 51aed and said 10aed is for complimentary cupon and rest all are buy 1,get 1 offer. My mistake was blindly believing the sales representative and fell into empathy trap.

Had a very bad experience with this restaurant I got these coupons from a representative who came to my door selling them for 60 dirhams. The person who took my order misplaced the order via the WhatsApp option. I had free coupons and even mentioned that I had free coupons even then they had assumed that my order was for buy 1 get one free. However I had three free coupons out of which 2 I wanted to use. The delivery person had come with the pizzas and to my surprise said that I had to pay 47 dirhams for which I refused to pay. The delivery guy had called the company who started blaming me that I didn't mention that the pizzas were complimentary which is utterly absurd. I am a regular customer and always order a tuna pizza without olives for delivery. The pizza used to be very delicious, but recently the tuna quality has declined. The last few times, we found bones in the tuna, and the last time, the pizza smelled very strongly of fish, which is typical of poor quality or expired tuna. I didn't pay much attention, but to my surprise, 30 minutes after eating the pizza, I started to have severe stomach pain and began vomiting a lot.
