After seeing the ads I thought you know let’s give it a go, joined for their Ladies day offer on Monday and as we arrived first thing the cashier (could have been a manager based on the outfit worn) without hi or anything just said ladies offer? 120. No proper welcome nothing. Instead was fighting with another colleague about their card machines.

We proceed to the pool, area is nice, not too busy, couple screaming kids ( I thought it was adults only but okay) Pool was chilled and pleasant, sunbeams comfy, dj playing was nice for Monday afternoon (not their usual crazy techno)

We had couple drinks from the pool bar, service wasn’t very fast, priority was noticeably given to those without the ladies offer, had to ask my wine to be out in new glass as the first one had dirt inside. Didn’t really feel any hospitality from the bartenders, no one is smiling or showing any polite manners, just executing the main role.

At the sunbeds we ordered the ladies included platter, from which the fruit was okay ( although there was a piece of hair on one of the portions) the slider was simple but delicious, but the croquette, let’s not talk about how bad it tasted. Food took 30 minutes to arrive

And the thing is, would have been completely okay not to have it included and order ALC, but since it’s there, on a calm Monday afternoon it should have been better.

Food is average, so are the cocktails, nothing wow. Very disappointing considering how amazing the Cafe Del Mar in Ibiza is

The manager was unaccommodating, leaving many guests dissatisfied, though an apology was offered.
