I recently visited Milestone Coffee at Corniche Tower, and what truly made my experience special was the incredible service provided by Pelagie. From the moment I walked in, Pelagie’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. She goes above and beyond in making sure that every customer is attended to with care and professionalism. Her attention to detail, friendly nature, and genuine passion for customer service really stood out.

Not only is she knowledgeable about the coffee menu, but she also took the time to recommend some great options based on my preferences. It was clear that she wanted me to have the best possible experience. The way Pelagie ensures that every drink is perfectly crafted and every guest feels valued is something that sets this café apart.

While the coffee and overall atmosphere were great, Pelagie’s hospitality made all the difference. She truly elevates the experience at Milestone Coffee.

One small thing to note – the air conditioning wasn’t working very well, and it was a bit hot inside. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon. But despite that, Pelagie’s outstanding service made the visit worthwhile, and I’ll definitely be back...

The staff who is on shift (African man) at this time is extremely rude and should be taught how to serve customers.. I walked in with my mother and I asked about the small cookies that usually I buy and he responded by “If it’s not on the table that means we don’t have it” seriously ? Like I don’t have eyes to see ? Then I told him that my mother wants to use the toilet (who is 61 years old btw) and he responded by “it is not allowed” and he turned his face.. like what is this service!! I wanted to buy cookies but it’s out of stock and my elderly mother cannot use the toilet unless we buy ?? C’mon there should be some consideration for elderly people and on top of all the staff needs to learn how to speak to customers properly.. I hope the management...

This is a new concept and brand here in AbuDhabi... I tried Khalifa street branch and added to map and was not there yet .. The coffee taste is really good .. and the prices are amazing ! comparative prices actually ! .. and they are having Fazaa discount

They are having 3 floor / G and level one and under ground

They are offering some food; sandwiches, apple and " Bathith" Emirati sweet which first time I see in a coffee shop!

and they are selling fresh coffee beans from different countries ..
