Shamshiry Iranian Kebab Airport Road‎ — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

I have heard a lot about their food but unfortunately the service was really pathetic and disgusting. They served me my order after 1 hour and 10 minutes to be exact and it felt like a day old. They served me a cold okra mutton stew which is meant to be served hot and the kebab was literally frozen if I would have thrown it to someone, the person would have received multiple stitches. The waiters don’t respect you if you’re a single person, though I ordered a two person meal.

Honestly, if there is a cctv please check the order that went back to the kitchen as i didn’t even touch any of your meal because I was disrespected.

When I went down to complain about the service the cashier replied sorry we are too busy and yes it feels like it but for only families even what order they come in.

I ask to please charge me for my salad and the cashier actually did he could have apologized and said salad is on the house but no.

Please don’t visit them however the good food they have if you are single. They judge you and will treat you...

I reached the restaurant at 12.00pm and noticed the door was closed despite it is mentioned on Google map is open , suddenly the manager opened the door and he asked me to wait 15 minutes as they are doing some arrangements and i told him ok , i go back to my car and waited 20 minutes then no one opened the door i went back and another guy opened the door and said oh sorry Rice isn’t-ready now you need to come at least after one hour , i told him is it a joke someone is saying 15 minutes and we will open and you are saying 1 hour then he asked me to wait and the manager came saying you can come inside but you can order only sandwiches i get frustrated and i told him why you didn’t said this earlier instead putting me for almost half an hour waiting you yo open , and why you didn’t change the opening time in google map and your website and he was only apologizing for what he did and up to date they are showing the same opening time...

I am very impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Supervisor Mary Joy at Shamshiry Restaurant. From the moment my family and I arrived, she welcomed us with a warm smile and introduced us to the new menu items. Mary Joy arranged our table efficiently and gave us ample time to decide on our order. Her friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. When we asked who she was, she introduced herself with grace and professionalism. Even during the wait for our food, Mary Joy checked in with us, ensuring we were comfortable and entertained. Her professionalism and genuine care made the entire dining experience delightful. The staff at Shamshiry Restaurant are equally friendly and attentive.
