Baskin Robbins - Al Wahda — Restaurant in Al Majaz

I faced severe racism over here .

Flashback : Me and my friend went to baskin to enjoy a thick shake . Since , we just had a hearty meal , we decided to share 1 thick shake . When the order arrived I casually asked for another plastic glass .

But , I was surprised to know that the employee couldn't provide another glass ! That's right , one extra glass .

So me and my friend sat down and took turns sipping the shake , which was kinda unhygienic and weird at the same time .

By the time we were done a local walked in . He ordered a simple kids sundae which consists of one scoop of ice cream . This time we were surprised to find that the same employee , who served us , gave this customer an extra scoop !

The same cheapstake employee who couldn't give us an extra glass ( even though he had some 50 extra glasses ryt behind him ) , give this new customer a whole extra scoop as a gift .

This is why I now visit coldstone , they might have fewer flavours , but at least their employees serve with a smile . P.S. they also have some serious...

November 15th 2022 i was in Sharjah City center Baskin Robbins . Around 5pm. Staff name Kumar was in the store I ask him to give me 5 small corn ice cream for my kids he pick broker corn and I ask him to change the corn he said its ok if he give me that I told him don't give me broken corn because the kids will drop the ice cream. Suddenly he said ok don't talk to much I will change. I said what did you said? He told me again what do you think I am scared of you . I already change the corn stop talking to much. He was very rude at the first place and no manner to speak to his customer. I get very angry left the store with out buying any think. This was my bad experience in Baskin Robbins yesterday evening between 4:45 - 5pm he was the only staff in yhe store I couldn't talk to other team. This is not acceptable I he is not happy with his job he better not work there other wise he shouldn't treat the customer with...

The ice cream parlour is too small to meet the needs of families and the demand on a busy day. Service can get really frustrating as the nature of small kids and other people needing to sample, and re-sample to taste the ice cream before the order means other people have to just stand around and wait even when they know what they want There are only usually 2 people serving and sometimes the stress shows. The milkshakes are a thing that is often overlooked as they are quite good, thick and creamy, The flavours of the month are a feature worth checking out. The main issue I have is the lack of ingredients listings it too difficult for the staff to give all the info, so you have to do your own research before you get there.
