Al Kabab Al Afghani Al Raqi Restaurant — Restaurant in Sharjah

Today I was in sharjah almajaz branch 8.20 pm for Afghani pulav with extra soup. I regularly order from here as home delivery. Today i thought i would go directly there for some reason. The cashier who's name is Omar or something( i can't even remember his name because i was so furious and lost completely) such a arrogant person took my order. At the end i took out my credit card for the payment he said to me that i should have informed him whether if it's a cash or card. So i told him that you could have asked me first.! I always make payment from here card even though i can literally see there are two card machines with him in the counter. So i said, okay any way just leave it and cancel the order create new one, so he told me he cannot do that i must bring cash from outside. I told him this is my credit card i cannot withdraw the money from any machine, he said i don't care you must bring cash only. I told him if this is your attitude i will make complaint to your owner, surprisingly he said "kalli walli, do whatever you want i don't care" If the owner is reading this, please just chuck this person and bring someone who genuinely care about the your shop and customers. Please teach them what actually the customer service...

One of the worst customers service I have ever come across in UAE is from this restaurant. Very very rude staffs especially the one I ordered from this 12:30am. I have been a regular customer in this restaurant for almost 2years but each time I ordered food from here I go through the worst customer service I can ever imagine. Bring me Paulo meat only and the staff sent it with rice and this has happened like three times because he couldn't understand English instead of acknowledging his fault, he sent me a message and was talking very rudely. The staff responding to WhatsApp messages are very bad, very rude and worst of all threatening clients. Very bad staffs incharge of responding to orders...

Not worth the price. Before it used to be very good. But we were so disappointed this time. They did not have 2 main Chicken n Mutton dishes at 8 o clock friday evening. I mean, its the perfect weekend dinner time. Additionally, chicken tikka was completely burned. How can i give such cooked food to my kids. The rice was fine. Their kabli pulo, which is quite overpriced, came with one medium piece. It used to be a big one. Soup n salad are bad. Not worth eating. Definitely not...
