My family and I recently visited the Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah Hotel again, and, as always, we were completely delighted! This is not our first visit, and, of course, we will return here again and again. This hotel has become a real home away from home for us, with its warm atmosphere and impeccable service that always pleases and surprises.
We would like to pay special attention to Chef Sherad and other chefs of the hotel. Sherad is a true master of his craft! He and his team cook not just food, but real culinary masterpieces. Each time, we enjoyed not only the quality of the products, but also the unique flavors of the dishes, which amazed with their variety and sophistication. From local delicacies to international dishes, every menu is thought out to the smallest detail. A balanced balance of flavors, the freshness of the ingredients and attention to every detail — all this makes every meal unforgettable. We cannot fail to mention the culinary virtuosity of other chefs, who also deserve great gratitude for their work. We've seen how they put their soul into every dish, and you can feel it from the first bite.
Special attention should be paid to baking — it's something unique! Juicy croissants, delicate rolls, mouth—watering desserts - all this was created with such love that you don't want to leave the table.
We can't help but mention Tamanna, the waitress, who always greeted us with a smile, served us professionally and gave us a special feeling of comfort and care. Her attention to the guests, cordiality and willingness to help deserve the warmest words.
We would also like to thank the restaurant's managers, who create an atmosphere of comfort and hospitality, providing a high level of service and attentiveness to every visitor.
Do not forget about the specialists at the reception. They are always friendly, prompt and ready to help with any issues. We felt at home here, and this, of course, is a credit to all the staff.
We sincerely thank Chef Sherad and his team, as well as all the staff of the hotel for an unforgettable stay. We leave with a feeling of deep satisfaction and are confident that we will definitely return to Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah again and again.
With best wishes and thanks from Kirill, Milana, Irina and Anna...
Read moreI booked a room in this hotel as a member of the Bonvoy loyalty program, for points. And, despite this, he was simply horrified by the dirt and the absolutely stupid staff! If I had paid for the hotel stay with money, I would probably have demanded a refund or monetary compensation.
When I checked in, the receptionist was quite kind and gave me a room with a balcony. I immediately did not like the fact that the balcony door did not close tightly (because of this, the noise from the street was well heard) and the terrible dirt on the balcony, which was never washed or cleaned.
I asked for a change of room, but from the rooms available at that time - other rooms were even worse, and I decided to stay in this room with a balcony, but asked to wash the balcony. Because every time I went out to the balcony and returned from it to the room, I soiled my clothes and shoes. Going out onto the balcony barefoot was simply not possible! The layer of dirt and dust was huge!
The whole door to the balcony from all sides - was not just dirty, but monstrously dirty!!! Even the door handle, which was impossible to touch without getting your hands dirty!
The time was around 1pm and I said I was going to have lunch and asked for the balcony to be cleaned during that time. The administrator swore to me that everything would be washed! As a result, I lingered in the city and returned to the room only at 4pm. And I was just furious! When I entered the room, I saw that they only wiped the door handle and removed the footprints in the room, but at the same time the entire .
I had to go down to the reception again, show them photos and demand that the balcony be cleaned! I spoke to the manager and he personally got up and made sure. that the balcony is unacceptably dirty, and that you can get your feet and clothes dirty by going out onto the balcony. I explained to him that I understand that the hotel is located in a dirty area, and I am sympathetic to the fact that the hotel has dirty windows and dirty balconies from the outside, but I don’t understand why INSIDE the balconies - neither the floors nor the door are washed. This requires daily cleaning, because the balcony is part...
Read moreI arrived at Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah at 2:00 AM after a 7-hour drive, extremely tired and expecting a smooth check-in. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. The front desk agent Ahsan was cold, unhelpful, and deliberately slow in serving guests (including airline crew who were also waiting). After 15 minutes, when it was finally my turn, I identified myself as a Marriott Bonvoy member, but this made no difference in his attitude.
The room I received was unclean, poorly located, and the in-room phone was not working (no connection), making it impossible to contact reception. When I went back down to report the issue, the staff offered excuses instead of solutions and insisted the room was “fine.” Later, another staff member, Sunday, only worsened the situation by claiming the good rooms were fully booked and that no better alternatives were available.
I ended up sitting for over half an hour in the lobby, right in front of them, and they still did nothing to resolve the problem. Eventually, a concierge staff member approached me with a key card for another room, saying that a better option is available. However, it was clear the front desk’s pride prevented them from admitting their mistake directly — which is why they sent the concierge instead. I told him I would not move or accept anything until I receive an official acknowledgment of the situation, and After I file an official complaint, and I refused to take the new room under those circumstances.
Two years ago, without Bonvoy membership, I had a much better experience at this same property, with a clean sea-view room. Sadly, this time the service, professionalism, and respect for loyal guests were completely lacking. For a five-star Marriott property, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable.
I strongly advise future guests to reconsider staying here until service standards...
