On Friday, May 9, 2025, I placed an order for the quarter green chilly charcoal, specifically requesting it to be made extra spicy with more masala. While the delivery was on time, what I received was, quite frankly, the most tasteless and poorly prepared meal I’ve ever encountered. There was no trace of masala, no spice, and absolutely no flavor—certainly not worth 16 dirhams, let alone 16 fils.

I immediately called the restaurant to express my concern. Instead of offering a prompt resolution, I was told the issue would be “rectified next time.” This response was both dismissive and unprofessional. Expecting a customer to return after such a poor experience, without any real-time remedy, reflects a lack of accountability and customer care. It’s clear that the management is focused solely on transactional gains, not on customer satisfaction or long-term trust.

I urge you to take this feedback seriously and ensure that: Quality control is enforced for every dish, especially those with special instructions. Staff are trained to respond responsibly to customer complaints. Immediate resolutions are offered when service fails expectations.
