There was nothing “gramathu” (village-like) or “virunthu” (feast) about it, unless dirt and neglect count as tradition. From filthy floors to grimy tables, cleanliness clearly never made it onto their menu. We ordered fish meals and nattu koli meals — the chicken could double up as a rubber ball, and the sweet was basically glue with sugar. Hospitality? Let’s just say even Google Maps was more welcoming. My advice: kindly rename your place so you don’t trap unsuspecting customers like me who drove all the way from Dubai for what turned out to be a pathetic...
