Teeffee café was on wish list for quiet and long time and finally we tried their food.

@teeffeecafe has 3 branches in UAE, Deira, Karama Dubai and Ajman. We had visited their Ajman Branch.

Their Peri Peri Chicken is undoubtedly upto the mark with big names offering Peri Peri Chicken. And their rates are almost 50% to those.

Charcoals were very delicious and so the Beef Big Teeffee Burger.

We are regular customers of Malabar Plate, visiting at least twice a week, and overall we appreciate the food quality, quantity, and ambiance of the restaurant. The food is always tasty, fresh, and served in generous portions. The staff in general are friendly, and the manager in particular deserves special mention — just the other day after our lunch, he personally came and asked if the food was okay, which was highly appreciated.

However, during our recent visit, we noticed something concerning. Malabar Plate is running a promotional meal offer for AED 5, which is a very good initiative since the quality and taste are not compromised at all. But when we asked for this promotion, the staff member taking our order, and later the cashier, did not seem happy. Their expressions gave us the feeling as if we had come to eat for free, which left us with a negative impression.

Promotions are meant to attract and reward loyal customers, and since we visit this restaurant regularly, we expect the same warm service regardless of whether we order a promotional meal or...

BEWARE!! Ifthar Buffet ... Don't expect food quality as you see on Reels/TikTok. I was compelled to visit your restaurant for the Iftar buffet after being enticed by the attractive images on social media. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of the expectations those images set.

A few dishes were passable, but the majority were mediocre at best. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that most of the food was served cold, and the buffet’s replenishment was frustratingly slow. For an occasion as special as Iftar, this level of service is unacceptable.

I urge potential patrons to scrutinize the buffet menu before booking to avoid the disappointment I faced.

I expect that a restaurant of your standing would take immediate steps to rectify these glaring issues.
