Excellent Food and Service: Best for Takeout in Karama! I have been ordering the Non-Veg Thali daily for the past two weeks, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The food variety is commendable, especially considering the mass production required for a popular spot like this.

More importantly, the delivery has been consistently prompt, and the restaurant staff is highly attentive to special instructions, which is a huge plus. I've also found the staff to be incredibly responsive to suggestions, which speaks volumes about their commitment to quality.

Addressing Location and Ambience This establishment is situated in the heart of Karama, Ajman, near the public bus stop. It is a very busy, high-traffic area, and the restaurant is constantly filled with customers. It's important to know that this setting naturally involves considerable noise and hustle-and-bustle. If you are seeking a quiet, peaceful dining atmosphere, this is likely not the place for you.

For me, ordering for home delivery has worked out perfectly, allowing me to enjoy their great food without the vibrant rush of the location.

Professional Delivery Team Contrary to some negative reviews I've seen regarding delivery personnel, my experience has been professional and efficient. The delivery staff handle the exchange of food and payment silently and courteously. Whether they offer a wide smile or a simple "Welcome" in response to a "Thank you," they conduct themselves as professionals should.

I recently visited Hotel Chaya Kada and had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was abysmal, with staff exhibiting rude and unprofessional behavior, especially towards families. The food quality was poor, and the waiting time was unacceptably long. We had to wait for 40 minutes for a simple order of beef curry and parotta, which is outrageous.

The management seemed completely disorganized, and the staff were lazy and negligent. There was a clear lack of care and attentiveness from the order takers. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and it was evident that the staff had no interest in providing a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant appeared dirty and poorly maintained, further adding to our dissatisfaction.

This is definitely not a family-friendly place to dine. Given our experience, I cannot recommend Hotel Chaya Kada to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby that offer better service, food, and ambiance. Don't waste your time...

Just now finished break fast from there

Egg roast they served with boiled egg and onion it’s not a curry just a blend of onion just fired in oil

In my age of 39 years I never found egg roast like this and I return back the same cost around Dhs.6/- only

Last one week I used to visit 3 times this restaurant for dinner and evening snacks, also used to visit frequently due to good quality of food.

But the approach of cashier both and the waiter is not well to respect the quality of the food they served to improve and respect to understand a frequent customer incorrect sense.

Regret to this I will never visit this restaurant again due to the bad approach of the cashier and waiters

If any higher management read this note take a corrective action against them.

If the higher management can check the CCTV footage can found lot of customers not eat the food due to the quality of the food...
