They have poor security service! Today, I lost my item that I hand over to the baggage counter they didn’t give me customer number and was told to just place it on top of the counter. Only to find out after checking the CCTV camera that my item was already stolen by an unknown customer. There was three staff standing over the counter but none of them was checking who is taking customer items. My concern is, what if this happens to other customers who have more valuable items and no one of them pays attention their job. Worst place ever to buy anything.

The employee/cashier treat me like garbage. I went in looking for 2 specifics things and the cashier started following me like if I were going to do something wrong. When I asked him if he worked there and if he could help me finding banana leaves and annatto powder he said "I don't sell you!"
