Read moreI visited Pachamulaku restaurant on the 1st of August 2025 with my friends and family, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite the good food, the hand wash area was poorly maintained as the light was not working and there was no water available for hand washing. This was a huge concern for hygiene and safety.
When we brought this issue to the attention of the waiter and cashier, they seemed indifferent and unbothered by the lack of water for hand washing. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to neglect such a basic necessity for cleanliness. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths and we were unable to fully enjoy our meal.
It is disheartening to have built up this restaurant to my friends only to have such a negative experience. We had to resort to using our own bottled water for hand washing, which should never have been the case.
Overall, I will not be returning to Pachamulaku restaurant after this disappointing visit. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and address the issues with the hand wash...
