凯悦颐和园中餐厅 Hyatt Summer Palace Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

We came for staycation @ V HOTEL and first thing we did after checking in was having lunch @summerplace Chinese cuisine and i must say it was great experience from the panoramic view seatings, to beautiful interior to an amazing food as well. Everything we ordered was delicious and no regrets that i came again in next 2 days to have dinner in the same restaurant n sat on the same table qith view and tried new diahes with my daughter and again it was delicious food experience n it just means that this restaurant...

Had dinner at the restaurant since I am staying at the Hyatt hotel. Very few vegetarian options. Had two dishes, both were super bland, no sauce and no tasty . It was like eating almost raw vegetables. The chef needs to go to school and get some training in the cooking of vegetarian Chinese dishes that are full of taste, flavor and sauce. The server never came and asked how the food was. He was busy with his computer . Would NOT recommend for vegans...

The food is amazing and they make the food as according to your preference and needs (etc if you have Allergies with certain ingredients they will leave them out and find a suitable replacement to retain flavour).
