40 Kong — Restaurant in Dubai

I will never go here again and I would not recommend to anyone visiting Dubai. Unfortunately, the doorman behaved in a socially unacceptable way causing my visitors to Dubai to feel unwelcome. He claimed he was not allowing anymore females into the club until we bought a table or spent 500Dhs - on a weekday?!? While he was giving us his entry requirements, he happily let other people men and women into the club, who were not Black. When we questioned how come he was still allowing people in, he claimed because they were regulars. Although, he didn’t know that, one of the girls in our group had asked two White girls, whom were approaching if they had been to the club before? They said no. When they got to the doorman - he didn’t question them at all. He just opened the rope and allowed them in?!? Hmmm...

I came here a few months ago. The place was nice and rather good atmosphere, I was even surprised because I had crossed women in beach sandal. Today I decide to go there with my husband. We were dressed normally but I had a pair of rather chic sandals because I had a sprain and I am unable to wear a pair of closed shoes until my foot is fully restored. Arrived at the entrance, a very haughty physiognomist refused me entry because of my sandals (I explain that I have a health problem and I can not wear shoes) she did not want to hear and Lets leave us as messy ... I find the place quite basic and having already come several times I do not understand this way especially that several times I crossed women in tong. I strongly advise against the place. I have call to book the table for 2 times but the staff who pick up the call said i can walk in no need to book the table. After get there i wanna find the place to sit. I was try to ask the staff but nobody talking with. Not even lookong my face.. I make the decision to sit somewhere and again nobody come to Service.. After 10 minutes one staff told US the place we sit is already reserved and here is full tonight.. What is this?? I have been travel around the World and here is the WORST, Bad Service ever.
