I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Al Qusais branch last night.

I was the only customer in the store at the time. The staff member was inside the kitchen, and I initially assumed she hadn’t seen me. When I called out to her, she responded with an irritated tone, saying, “Ma’am, wait, I’m doing something here. Don’t worry, I will come to you.” I patiently waited another 4–5 minutes before she finally asked me what's my order while she staying at the kitchen doing something.

I told her I wanted Tiger Sugar. She asked what size, and I said "small." She responded irritably again, saying, “We don’t have small, only medium and large.” I went ahead and ordered medium.

Then I asked if the store had Wi-Fi. She confirmed they did, and I asked for the password. Her response, again in an irritated tone and dismissive body language, was: “Wait ma’am! The password is on my phone—you need to scan the QR code. I’m still here making your order.”

Her attitude throughout the interaction was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I was the only customer, and yet she behaved as if she was being overwhelmed or disturbed. Her communication was dismissive, lacking basic courtesy and politeness expected in customer service.

I genuinely enjoy your drinks, but an experience like this makes it hard to return. The quality of your products doesn’t compensate for poor service, and it reflects badly on your brand.
