My recent experience at Starbucks in Umm Suqeim, Dubai, left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered the Berry Hibiscus Refresha, hoping for a refreshing beverage. However, what I received was a ridiculously small quantity of the drink, with three-fourths of the cup filled with ice.

Upon realizing this, I asked the staff to remove the excessive ice, and only then did I see the true quantity of the drink. It was shockingly minimal, barely filling even half of the cup. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, especially considering the premium prices Starbucks charges.

To make matters worse, this wasn't the first time I encountered issues at this Starbucks location. Half of the time, the drink I wanted was out of stock, which begs the question: why bother putting it on the menu in the first place? It's incredibly frustrating to have limited options when the menu promises a variety of choices.

The lack of consistency and the failure to meet customer expectations have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Starbucks needs to address these issues and improve its standards if it wants to retain loyal customers. Paying a premium for a subpar experience is simply not justifiable.

I simply go to get 1 coffee from drive thru to make my day slightly better, I'd appreciate if some staff would have an understanding that when you're getting a drink in your car probably there should be an attempt of least spillage and possibly give a tissue. Starbucks has been go to for more than 5 years and I'm just frustrated at this point, I asked them if they can give me iced coffee with less ice and she just hands me what's prepared cuz I asked late and I politely asked her to make the ice half, I kid you not that's the coffee handed to me without even taking a sip, not a big deal, as I'm putting the cup in cup holder I notice a whole spilling over my hand which Has me lowering my window to ask for tissues cuz this branch simply never hands u one even though its a drive through!!!
