Ambur Star Biryani Karama — Restaurant in Dubai

I ordered an Ambur special biryani, a set of parottas, and chicken chukka at the restaurant. I went in with high expectations for the food, but unfortunately, it did not meet the quality and value of the money I paid.

The Ambur biryani was just average compared to other types of biryani available in the market. However, I hesitate to make a definitive judgment since it's a dish from a specific region with its own distinct flavor.

The parottas were below average, and the chicken chukka was also average. Unfortunately, after consuming these dishes, I experienced an upset stomach. I hope that they can improve the quality of the food during my next visit.

On a positive note, they have maintained a pleasant ambiance with ample seating inside and a parking facility conveniently located right outside...

Worst BRIYANI( as printed BRI..not BIR in packaging). , first time I taken 3 biriyani, It is 3x spicy , No flavor , No taste , Not even 50 gram chicken in it ( no worries), only few bone ( not an issue) My comment is Unfit to human consumption when someone is ungry or for children .

Just small rice marinated with 3Xchili powder ( full red) and packed in Beautiful Plastic box ( nice label) First and last purchase from this restaurant, we are forced to throw and go without lunch as not fit for children

The mgmt / person prepared -please eat yourself or taste sometime when u r hungry such as chili rice ( 100% sure u guys D’t know how biriyani is made) I have No comment on price but No value for money , cheap quality food product in Dubai Date: 10th Aug 25 , 32/33...

Ambur Biryani is a royal dish for Nawabs of Arcot, the royal chefs of Nawab’s kitchen were introduced their biryani recipe in northern part of Tamil Nadu and soon it become more popular in other parts of India in all celebrations.

Most of the royal chefs were hailed from Ambur Town in Tamil Nadu, As ancestors taught their grand children to prepare this royal dish in every celebrations, anniversaries, occasions and festivals to feed themselves, their neighbours and poor people. Now this dish has become one of the most favourites of all people around the globe.
