Not at all recommended.... Went to this restaurant today (30/10/20) after watching a good review from one of the food vlogger.... We waited outside for 30 minutes (since we were informed that the restaurant was fully occupied) but found people were going in and started dining at the same time we were asked to wait outside .... Atlast we got out chance to dine... We ordered butter chicke, chicken tikka, & butter naan... As we know it we all dishes takes some time to prepare we asked the guy (not mentioning his name) how much time it will take... He informed it is ready and will serve now... But we noticed he haven't noted our order anywhere and left out of in hurry... Sadly not even water was placed in our table... We were asking all the staffs passing by for water which we received after 20 minutes of sitting inside.... Thw funny part was after 30 minutes the guy who took our order came back to ask what our order was as he already served 5 tables and was busy (what!!!!???) And he needs another 30 minutes to prepare chicken tikka ( 1hour after sitting inside😱😱😱) ... We asked for the restaurant manager who came and apologised (ok...) ... But the food was felt to be overhiped... Not felt so satisfied... Never ever had such a poor service in any of the restaurants.... All the staffs were noticed running all around the restaurant to serve the customers but most of the table we found people waiting for their food for long time.... No coordination between staffs at all..... Will never visit this restaurant again.... Very much disappointed and will never recommend anyone to this...

I recently visited Sind Punjab Restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. My friends and I ordered Masala Puri, but we were served a completely different dish - a combination of Puri and Mixture. When we asked the server if this was the same dish we had ordered, he assured us that it was. However, when we received the bill, we noticed that the dish was actually named differently.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the customer service we received. It was frustrating that our request was not taken seriously and that we were served a completely different dish without any explanation or apology. The server did not seem interested in resolving the issue or offering any kind of compensation for the error.

Overall, our experience at Sind Punjab Restaurant was extremely disappointing. We expected better service and accuracy with our order, but instead we were met with a lack of transparency and customer care. We hope that the restaurant takes steps to improve their service and ensure that such incidents don't happen again...
