SITARA HOTEL APARTMENT — Hotel in Dubai

I have been residing in the hotel apartment for the past few days with my kids.

A couple of days back while I was taking an evening stroll I passed by the restaurant to see the menu.

The staff welcomed us warmly. An intresting menu like Chicken Corden Bleu, Tuscany Chicken, soups etc something uncommon & innovative creation at a reasonable price.

We normally dont repeat a restaurant that fast but for some reason this has become a family favourite & we visit atleast once a day during busy & non busy hours.

Not a very big restaurant in terms of size but definately big in flavours.

Most of the staff are friendly & helpful. A special mention about Thilanga & Nekshan both whom are exceptional.

We usually get served by Thilanga as he is usually on duty when we go. Both are hardworking persons, smiling, attentive & patient.

We usually request for non spicy dishes & if he is not sure if can be prepared non spicy he checks with chef before commiting. Many restaurants the staff commits & then it back fires but here they tick the box.

When the meal is served Thilanga waits for a feedback if the dish has been prepared as per the guest requirements which is well appreciated by all of us especially since am not allowed to have spices.

From our previous visits till date both Thilanga & Nekshan has always been attentive & knowledgeable. He has not only offered excellent service but his recommendations too have been excellent & well appreciated by all ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Definitely both Thilanga & Nekshan are a huge asset to any organisation.

The service too @ the restaurant has always been top notch as well as the food thanks to proper explanation by the staffs.

Since the meals are freshly prepared on the spot based on the requirement it takes a little time but its definately worth the wait.

During peak & non peak hours the food still comes piping hot. Many places when crowded due to slow/late service the food comes a little under the temperature. Kudos to ( behind the scene.

Exquisite atmosphere, seats & tables are well spaced & comfortable. Another important feature we found the restaurant immaculately clean.

The restaurant boast of simple & lovely interiors which enhances the whole dining experience. One of our favourite restaurants here in Oud Metha as the menu & above all staff stand out.

Chef Mohamed’s enthusiasm and passion for his craft are contagious, and the way he greets every guest with a warm smile makes a visit to breakfast something truly special. His famous muffles are a must-try, and I can assure you that once you have one, you won't forget it! Khaled, the Breakfast Room Chief, is equally impressive, always interacting with guests in a friendly manner and teaching new colleagues the art of delivering exceptional service. It’s clear that this team not only excels at their roles but genuinely care about creating a memorable experience for all guests.

The rooms are spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel’s facilities are equally impressive, with a fantastic gym and a rooftop swimming pool that offers a stunning view of the surroundings. Though the hotel is not located directly in the heart of the city, it is strategically positioned with easy access to all major places in Dubai. In just 10 to 15 minutes, you can be anywhere you need to be.

Lovely Stay at Sitara Hotel Apartment, Dubai – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Sitara Hotel Apartment in Dubai for 7 Nights, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly situated within proximity to most of the city’s attractions, making it easy to explore. Additionally, the airport is just a 10 to 15-minute ride away, which was incredibly convenient for us. We stayed in the Deluxe King Studio apartment that was not only spacious and well-designed but also wheelchair-accessible, which was perfect for my spouse. The room was kept sparkling clean and fresh throughout our stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The breakfast was an absolute highlight – scrumptious and varied, with something for everyone. We even received a special treat from the chef, which made our first and last morning breakfasts extra special. Thank you, Chef Mohammed! The staff truly went above and beyond.
