Read moreCame here because I saw a post on Instagram. Did not have much expectations. Walked into the restaurant and heard someone leave the restaurant saying he will never ever come back here ever again. I thought of going back home but then decided to give this place a chance.
Walked in and the place was packed. We had to wait for 2 minutes until someone told us that there are no tables available at the moment and we have to wait for 5 minutes atleast. Finally we got our table and sat down to order. There are less items on the menu compared to other restaurants.
We ordered Afghani, honey and chilli, and peri peri alfhaam mandi. After 25 minutes, we received our order. Before that, they had served soup and some salad. Soup was very salty and cold. Salad had just carrots and cucumber.
Now coming back to the order, peri peri chicken was very dry, felt like I was eating dry chicken with chilly flakes. Definitely not the best peri peri chicken I had, it can be better. Afghani was dry and didn't taste good, mom said she loved the honey and chilli alfaham. The Mandi rice was the best of all that I had from here. They have 2 settings here, outdoor and indoor. Don't know if it makes any difference because the door in-between was always kept open. Water is served in paper cups instead of glass. They are charging 13-17 for quarter...
