Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Dubai

I wanted to share my feedback about my experience with Baskin-Robbins. I've been a long-time fan of their ice cream and have enjoyed it at various locations. However, I've consistently noticed that the staff at the Madina Mall branch have been rude, which I find disappointing.

Unfortunately, my experience today, Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 6:40 PM, was no exception. The staff member who served me was extremely rude, leaving me feeling unhappy and frustrated.

My advice would be to focus on providing staff with good customer service skills and a positive attitude. This would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

Baskin robbins is my favourite till now, l have tried almost most all the flavors but the lady in baskin robins from madina mall was so rude, doesn’t respond. Worst customer service. It’s disappointing. They lady is very rude, she don’t wanna to answer, she is not responding & giving harsh reply. And she is having very bad attitude. Name is Donna dacony please do check with it…. Worst customer service in Dubai. Don’t visit the branch in madina mall. Actually I got a cake for my friend is birthday and spoil the hold day because of here attitude. Worst experience!

This is the second time I am running into this sales guy. Bill No. 1038202208049.

I ordered a take away waffle bowl sundae and a thick shake. We reached the park and then found that he had not packed tissues and spoon. What did he expect us to eat the ice cream with??

Being a customer for the last 35 years at least, I believe selling ice cream is an art, an art that not everyone has. Key is to ensure that ice cream is served with a smiling face and it is enjoyed with one too.

Ice cream is not just a dessert, it's therapy....
