Read moreI recently enjoyed a Friday lunchtime meal at Kabab Erbil Jumeirah, an Iraqi restaurant that delivers an exceptional dining experience.
The highlight of the meal was the Masgouf fish—a colossal grilled carp cooked to perfection. Its crispy exterior and succulent, flavorful interior were enhanced by a delightful blend of spices.
Following the fish, the Kurdish Kabab was a standout. Grilled to a perfect smoky finish, it was tender and full of rich flavor, showcasing the expertise in its preparation.
For dessert, the milk cream with dates syrup was a true indulgence. The smooth, creamy milk cream paired beautifully with the sweet, rich dates syrup, providing a satisfying and unique end to the meal.
The refreshing watermelon served as a perfect palate cleanser, and the dates offered a naturally sweet treat that highlighted the quality of the ingredients.
To finish off the meal, the tea was aromatic and soothing, adding a comforting touch to the lunch.
The hospitality was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff contributing to a warm, inviting atmosphere that made the dining experience memorable. Very kind owner who met and welcomed us as well.
In summary, they offered a fantastic Friday lunchtime experience with its flavorful dishes and outstanding service. It’s a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Iraqi cuisine in a welcoming...
Read moreI revisited this place just for dessert — the taste from my previous visit had stayed with me, and as always, the food did not disappoint. Their consistency in flavor and quality is commendable.

It’s possible I was misjudged as a delivery person — which, if true, is not only unfair but also deeply disappointing. Even if that were the case, it’s important to remember that every individual, whether a customer or a delivery staff member, deserves to be treated with respect, a smile, and basic courtesy. That was entirely missing here.
Great food can draw people back — but lasting impressions are made by service. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure that all guests are welcomed with the dignity...
