I recently enjoyed a Friday lunchtime meal at Kabab Erbil Jumeirah, an Iraqi restaurant that delivers an exceptional dining experience.

The highlight of the meal was the Masgouf fish—a colossal grilled carp cooked to perfection. Its crispy exterior and succulent, flavorful interior were enhanced by a delightful blend of spices.

Following the fish, the Kurdish Kabab was a standout. Grilled to a perfect smoky finish, it was tender and full of rich flavor, showcasing the expertise in its preparation.
