Absolutely loved the atmosphere and hospitality experience in the center. It serves as place to ask the most trilling questions and have an answer from the first hand to go deep into Emirati culture and cuisine. Everybody seems to be Emirati national themselves and very passionate about guests.
But even this is not the most valuable thing I had. After 2 cancellations from the side of the center, when I felt myself absolutely frustrated about booking experience, the center apologized and gave me complimentary tour with total refund as a message of welcoming and open mind. The message was delivered deep into my heart, and I would like to thank those, who made Emirati culture the way more understandable. In the end, no matter if you are sheikh or just an office clerk, we all deserve humanity and good attitude.
I wish, this center becomes much more FAQs about Emirati culture, but truly the place of cultural exchange and open minds, where not only foreigners, but Emiratis themselves can learn more about the neighbor communities, while some of Emiratis like Khalid Al Ameri, who serves humanity and dignity, do it very successfully. In the era of turbulence and instability, having open minds and welcoming culture is very important.
Wish to come here again to meet some Emirati people in person and participate another activities the...

You will have to park outside of Al Fahidi District and walk there. • Staff Expertise: 10/10, Staff were very polite, welcoming, and informative. They will give you good insights and will help you with explaining the tours offered around the heritage areas. • General Atmosphere: 10/10, A uniquely designed centre that will give you the vibes of an old Dubai house and you’ll get to see the traditional furniture, clothes, tools and many more. Read moreA nice place to meet Emiratis Attended and enjoyed very much a great lunch on 24. December and an opulent breakfast some days later after a real impressing falcon-experience. Guests were offered a lot of nice food (not hot ;-) and really delicious - from the fresh dates as a "welcome" to the sweets after the tasty main courses) plus coffee, tea and water. Three very friendly ladies and the director answered to questions of the visitors about modern daily life and old traditions. The place was created by Sheik Mohammed in 1998 - and the motto of the institution is "Open doors - open minds". It is is a nice place for visitors to get in touch with "real Emiratis" - outside you mostly find people from Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Iran, Philippines etc. living and working in this amazing "miracle of steel and glass" between desert and sea that started with some small houses on the banks of the Creek in ancient times. An "intercultural lunch" (or breakfast) is a very nice experience in the picturesque Al Fahidi neighbourhood near the Creek which is for me "the real attraction" in Dubai. Important: Please make a reservation at least some days before if you want to attend...
