On may 22nd I placed an order through talabat “the slider feast” and I gave it a 3 star review on the app due to it not meeting my expectations today may 30th talabat customer service called and said they restaurant would like to reach out and I said sure,talked to a lady she apologized and offered me a complimentary meal.I called to redeem it and they said I would be receiving the double shawarma combo,their delivery came and look what they sent me as a revenge for the review.of course I contacted them they never acknowledged that this is a serious problem and offered to send something again to which I absolutely said no and requested that they come and take back whatever this is! This is obviously a revenge and I will take it as such,raised a complaint on talabat waiting to see what they are going to do but I will contact consumer rights regardless.Also what they sent expires today. This in not the first time they mess up an order but they raised the bar of the level of unprofessionalism do you really want to deal with an establishment that treats...

The branch I ate at is in the same building of my office. Considering how expensive all the other restaurants are in the same building, I didn’t expect to find operation falafel so affordable. Loved the food, especially the fries and the beef slider. Fresh and full of good flavors. Usually when I’m eating alone, I like to watch something on my phone or laptop but here, the music was good, it wasn’t crowded and I had a pleasant view out the window so I was literally just bobbing my head to the music while eating. I’m glad I chose to get the mixed sliders with fries because now I’m full but not too bloated to get back to work. I thought it wouldn’t fill me up coz of its size but I’m surprisingly full.
