Jollibee Al Barsha 1 — Restaurant in Dubai

We dine at Al barsha branch and the manager Bobby is very rude. Seems like he doesn't know their menu and pricing. We ordered 3pcs of Apple pie, Meal of Spag with burger, then we saw their promotion of 13aed. If with 1pc of Chicken it will be19aed. Anyways we asked him if we want only the chicken burger in the promotion he replied yes but 15aed. After the transaction we saw he charged us 18aed, then we came back to ask him why 18aed. He replied very sarcastic (Ay 18aed ala carte po kasi) (Papalitan nyo ba) (Promotion lang kasi) with the frowning face. instead of apologizing he's acting like a boss. It's not about the 13aed or 18aed but the experience that we encounter. Very rude. or maybe he has a bad day. I know he is the manager but in front of customers he need to be polite and friendly. I believed as a manager you're knowledgeable. We are regular customer but this is the first time happened. Terrible...

Ordered for a delivery through talabat on 4th July at 7:26 PM, as I’m writing this review it’s already 9:31 PM and have not received the order. Why? Because they gave our order to the wrong delivery guy. Our rider has been waiting in the restaurant for more than an hour and none has been said until I called. Called talabat twice and the restaurant itself but they kept on telling talabat that they have given the order. Only to find out, they actually haven’t given the order.

First time I visit jollibee Al Barsha but disappointed on my first visit. I'm standing in front of counter for 10mins and no one bother to take my order.they are 7 in the counter..the cashier not even asking me if dine in or take out as long as she punch the order..I inform her take out..but I'm surprised when they call my order # and they prepare by dine in.then that's the time the cashier ask me all is dine in???????OMG!!! Waiting for so long and they forgot my drinks..After a few mins I comeback again and ask them where is my drink????staff not even apologize the mistake they've done.even the gravy in the burger steak more on water😔...a very bad service..surely will not comeback this...
