Disappointing Packaging Experience

Dear Patchi Team,

As a long-time admirer of your brand and chocolates, I was very disappointed with the packaging of your “Les Moments” box. Upon opening it, I discovered that a significant portion of the container — nearly one-third — was filled with stacked cardboard disks, not chocolates.

While the net weight might be indicated on the label in small print, the overall presentation feels deceptive. The box gives the impression of being full of chocolate, which simply isn’t the case. I’ve attached a photo to show just how much space was taken up by these fillers.

Quite dissapointed to be honest and only reason why i am giving 2 stars is cause the luxury chocolate is good. My boyfriend and i came in today and service was quite bad. No one welcomed us and we were waiting to be served and a worker approached a customer first who came after us. Aside with that, we were choosing the chocolates and they dont seem enthusiastic or happy at all to help. They just get the chocolate that you want and toss it in the box with a frowned up face. Im not expecting much from the employees like trying to be excited when they see a customer but they should at least smile and fake it.
