They wont send replacements and i have to send an email to Radyes to get a refund. They serve raw chicken. Be warned and check your food before taking that bite - no one wants Salmonella

UPDATE: I received a call from a manager (i dont know who) about my complaint. The oddest complaint handling job -

Excuses: apparently certain frozen chickens in UAE are expected to be pink after being cooked and how chickens are cooked whether pinkish or well done is a thing by preferences - unheard of!

Advice: was given an unsolicited personal advice on how I should provide my feedback as livelihood and business is at stake here - I was told I should have given them more chance to make it up to me and wait for a manager to call me before posting an online feedback - straight up serious. For the record, before posting this online review, I called the store and shared images of the food, I was told they cannot send a replacement because they do not have a driver and if I want a refund, I have to email someone - for a case of serving uncooked raw food this isnt the way to handle it. and just to highlight - this so called manager would not have called me if this feedback wasnt posted online.

Complaints Handling: Serious customer service training - way to deescalate a situation - giving excuses and providing unsolicited advice - on a positive note, whoever called me on follow up 'acknowledged' and 'understands' where I am coming from at 9:15 PM

Located in the food court of Mall of Emirates, this place is a must try for all Korean food lovers. They offer different flavors of delectable Korean fried chicken. We had the Original, Swicy and the friking hot korean fried chicken. The original fried chicken was juicy from inside and crispy from outside. Was served with a side of fries and coleslaw. Delivery service is horrible. Placed the order via deliveroo at 7:40pm and delivery is estimated to take 45 min to an hour. Delivery is handled directly by restaurant and after a while someone calls to ask for my address (shouldn’t they already have this? Answer is yes). 2 hrs later, deliveroo app says “Order Delivered” but nothing arrived. Call restaurant, no answer. Contact deliveroo, they call, have trouble, finally I think they speak to someone, ask me if I can wait another 10 min for order to be delivered. I wait 20 min, nothing arrives. Try calling restaurant again, no answer. Contact deliveroo again, they try for me, they can’t get in touch with anyone and give up and give me a lousy refund. All in you wasted 3 hours of my time.
