Masmat Baha Restaurant Al barsha مطعم مسمط بحه فرع البرشا — Restaurant in Dubai

I ordered today from baha. The delivery man told me that my fatah rice fell down and of course I didn’t take it . He reduced the amount of the fatourah by 12 dirhams and when he left I discovered that there is one item that didn’t come with the order as well. Called the delivery man he didn’t answer although I called right away . Called the restaurant again they told me they are going to contact the restaurant and they are going to reply back to me . They didn’t call again and I called them and they told me they are going to cal but never did till end of day and now they don’t respond to me!!! What is this ?? So I am paying for things that I didn’t get and when you know you just ignore and don’t do anything about it. First they told me that the Sarah rice has fallen which I don’t know how if it is in a very hard to open plastic box and this plastic thing is inside the baha box??!! And how it was fallen inside the box and the box wasn’t dirty at all with sauce??! Also where is the rest of my order ?? It is very fishy especially that the restaurant didn’t come back to me although I called twice I need someone from the management to call me right away .Something ...

It was pur first time trying out authentic Egyptian cuisine and this restuarant really gave us and authentic feel, from the vaat food offering to the atmosphere.

I have never sat in a restaurant in Dubai where the atmosphere during our meal was so electrifying.

It the hustle and bustle the service of the staff was fantastic.

Our food was well prepared and arrived quickly.

We ordered several meals including the kofta sandwiches (brain and liver), duck, chicken Tikka and few others.

Trying out Egyptian rice for the first time was also quite an experience as it's prepared much different to the normal plain rice dishes we are used to.

I can tell you for a fact that the chicken Tikka (grilled chickn) was the best I have eaten in Dubai - my only regret is having ordered a half chicken and not a full one.
