This restaurant has always been my go-to place in Al Barsha whenever I crave Filipino food, but unfortunately, my visit last night was quite disappointing.
First, the Beefsilog looked completely different from what I'm used to — it had a pale color and a strange taste. When we raised this with the manager, we were told it was due to the butter and onions used. However, it definitely didn’t taste the same as before, and not in a good way. He ask if we want to change bit we decline.
We also ordered Combo 1 (Inasal Pecho, Palabok, Iced Tea, and Halo-Halo). The drinks were completely forgotten and only served after we reminded the staff. Worse, they served us Inasal Paa instead of Pecho, which was clearly stated in the combo. The Palabok was overly salty and not enjoyable at all.
I also ordered Arroz Caldo, which didn’t taste fresh — it seemed like it had been stored in the freezer, reheated with hot water, and then microwaved. I requested fried garlic for it, which is a simple topping, but was told it wasn’t available. I ended up taking it home, hoping to enjoy it with my own fried garlic, but sadly, it upset my stomach.
The only thing I truly enjoyed was the Leche Flan — sweet, creamy, and just as good as I remembered.
I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and consistency of your food and service. I really want to continue supporting this restaurant, but last night’s experience was far from what I’ve...

We ordered calamari, and it was obvious it had been fried multiple times. It was NOT FRESH and incredibly rubbery! It didn’t come with any dip—you have to request it. Even then, they only give you a tiny cup of vinegar.
We also ordered isaw, expecting the authentic grilled version. Instead, they served a disappointing fried isaw, similar to the calamari. It had clearly been reheated several times, and to make matters worse, they topped it with unappetizing ketchup. Gross! 🤮 No flavor at all.
The kwek-kwek was equally bad. The batter had no taste, and you could see the quail egg’s white, which looked like it had been fried days—or even weeks—ago. And again, no sauce.
And the INASAL. My god!! To the owner of this chain, shame on you. People are paying. Serve what we deserve!!!
How can you serve food in such a terrible state? If you’re picky like me, please stay away from this chain. They do not...
Read moreI ordered Pechong Inasal from Al Barsha Inasal (although the packaging showed Satwa Inasal, Talabat routed it to Al Barsha). I paid AED 24, and what I received was just rice no chicken at all. The rice even had burnt bits and tasted like it was cooked the night before. I was starving and excited for this meal, only to open the package and find no chicken just rice, soy sauce, and chicken oil. What am I supposed to do with that? The experience was incredibly disappointing. I ended up eating noodles instead, out of sheer frustration. I already raised a complaint with Talabat, but still haven’t received any response. Maghanap kayo ng matinong staff na magtatrabaho jan sa kitchen niyo! Hindi excuse yung madaming tao at nakalaigtaan ung order ko! Nakakastress kayo! Gigil nio ko! Never to order here again! Instead na mabusog ka,...
