KFC — Restaurant in Dubai

My extreme dissatisfaction with the service delivery from KFC at The Greens. We placed an order around 12:00 AM, expecting a prompt delivery given the proximity of the location, which is just 5-10 minutes away from my place. However, to our dismay, it's now 1:30 AM and our order has not yet arrive.

What is even more frustrating is that no one from KFC informed of any delay in our order. The lack of communication regarding the delay is simply unacceptable.

To exacerbate matters, when we called your customer service line to inquire about the status of our order, the response we received was less than satisfactory. I was told that our order was still being prepared for delivery. This level of service is not indicative of what one would expect from a reputable fast food establishment like KFC.

This experience has not only left me feeling disappointed but also extremely hungry and frustrated. It's disheartening to have our appetite ruined due to the slow and inefficient service provided by KFC...

I have never in my life seen inconsiderate people like this ever!!!! This KFC in Green is totally being managed by heartless souls who don’t deserve life themselves.

I waited for an hour for my order with no one contacting me whilst waiting in a strange building because they don’t deliver to my area and no one tried to call me.

When I called they said comfortably sorry there was nothing we could do because we couldn’t reach you , and this was the manager. Telling me that he deliveres more than 300 ordered a day so he knows what his doing

I tell him , I’m pregnant which I am and made sure I get food before I get in a taxi and go home which is 50 km away!!! He didn’t care one bit regarding that hence I say he has no soul.

This is a red zone KFC !!!!!

God bless him so that he can grow a conscious honestly because how we handled that was a disaster

Worse when the driver eventually called me , he also shouted at me WOW!!!! Never...

I'm not a fan of this kind of food si prefer boiled or steamed meals. But a friend of mine is a huge fan of KFC, so for that reason, I went to KFC Greens and Views, and, guess what, one guy bought his KFC, went out God knows where then came back with an open box to exchange because the piece of meat they got is not the one he wanted. That's ok. Guess what. They exchanged it and put the meat from outside right back in that shelf, to sell to the next customer. I don't know if this is right but if we can't exchange underwear after leaving a shop, how do we exchange cooked food like that! Even underwear can be sanitized but still can't be exchanged, what of food!! Someone balance me, maybe I'm paranoid but this ain't right! I went there on Wed 13 March around 840pm thereabouts. That's when this Happened in case the management would like to check...
